There comes a time when we have to jump out of our computer technical expertise and do something that we do not ordinarily do and that is recommend diagnostic software programs.
If you visit us on a regular basis or have asked us a technical question from time to time you know that we have never endorsed any product unless we have used it ourselves and are still using the product. We do not listen to stories from our customers. I'm sure we all have friends and family members that sort of stretch the facts. That is why we have made it a policy on this site to tell facts from our own experiences in the field.
